The 1600m race was a close one, but Under The Rock, ridden by Liam Riordan, was able to finish ahead of the pack by 0.1 length.
Despite stepping away from the Seymour Racing Club, Reeve continues to be involved in the racing scene and trains horses in Seymour.
To witness Reeve’s and other local trainers’ horses take to track, the Seymour Racing Club is the place to visit, with the next meeting on Friday, September 1.
