Conditions for triathlon were excellent on Tuesday.
While the river has fallen, there is still some current to assist.
Regulars such as Trevor Butcher continue to put in excellent times, with Butcher excelling on the bike.
Thomas Bult was able to get back on the bike this week after a couple of weeks out with mechanical issues, perhaps from too much pedal pressure!
Supported by an excellent swim time of 4m 50s, matching Darcy Biggs, Bult had a strong bike leg and brought it home solidly in the run for an overall 49.30.
Charlotte and Sophie Strong continued to show how they can put together competitive times in all legs, with almost equal times in the swim.
Sophie just edged out Charlotte in the bike and run legs to get home in 42.09, with a two minute advantage.
Next week is the first session in the final month of triathlon. It will be followed by a barbecue.
