Rain on day two and three saw the Southern Riverina and Cricket Albury Wodonga Country (CAWC) win the only completed matches on day one.
The carnival is scheduled as a selection trial for the Bradman Cup - an important part of the Country Cricket NSW High Performance program.
The Colston Scammell Shield carnival commenced on Sunday, with Southern Riverina accounting for Murrumbidgee, while CAWC defeated Northern Riverina.
Sadly, the rain came for day two, with two T20s washed out.
On Tuesday, the rain again washing out play mid-afternoon.
That meant that both Southern Riverina and CAWC both finished with one win, and three matches with no result.
With only two completed matches on the Sunday, officials decided not to award the Colston Scammell Shield.
This was the first time in the 22-year history of the competition.
