Rams and Cats face off

Ricky Gittens get his hands on Sherrin in Saturday’s clash against Cobram.

Coming off back to back losses against top of the table teams Cobram and Mulwala, the Deniliquin Rams will be hungry for a win in tomorrow’s round ten clash against rival Finley.

The Rams beat the Cats comfortably in round four at Hardinge Oval with a 36-point deficit.

But with Finley sporting two hefty wins in the last two rounds against Echuca and Rumbalara, and the match being played at their home ground, they will be a tough team to beat.

Deni is now sitting in fifth position on the Murray Football League ladder and Finley is currently sitting in tenth place.

Play for tomorrow’s game will start at 2pm at Finley Recreational Reserve.

New recruit Jake Dick- O’Flaherty was always in the contest for the ball against Cobram.
