Rochy was able to claim one rink, skip Kaye Barker leading Francis Keech, Heather Curnick and Rob Dennis to the 20-16 win, but the host at Stanhope Bowls Club managed to run up big scores in the other two contests.

Jennifer Crilly topped Richard Feuk 26-8, while Peter Myers scored an almost as impressive 24-8 margin over Don Gillies’ squad.
Stanhope would keep its top four place intact, scoring a comfortable 14-66 to 2-36 victory.

Having swept through every team in the first half of the season, the first game after the midway point saw Moama suffer its first defeat, Echuca taking down the Steamers 14-63 to 2-50.
Moama still leads the way, with Echuca now within a game of taking top spot.

In division two, Rochester won two rinks to one but finished level overall with Rich River, 9-56 to 7-56.

In division three, Elmore claimed victory over Ky Valley View 12-42 to 2-38 and Kyabram edged out Rochester 12-39 to 2-36.
In division four, Rich River and Lockington couldn’t be separated, 7-44 all.
