The Deniliquin Rhinos’ annual charity golf day is on this Sunday, from 11.30am at the Deniliquin Golf Club.

Golfers of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to come along and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon on the green, which club president Tim Hillier says is always a fantastic day.

‘‘It’s always such a great social day and catch up for the community,’’ said Hillier.

‘‘We have been really lucky in past years to have former players come down for a hit, so that is always really nice.’’

The golf day is the biggest fundraising event of the year for the Rhinos, and the money raised will go towards a few projects that the club has in the works.

The games will be played in four person teams, at $20 a head.

There will be a drink cart operating throughout the day and players are asked to bring their own food along.
