While there was a strong head wind on the way out on the bike leg the return was assisted by a much appreciated tail wind.

Sarah Johnson had a strong showing and with an upgraded bike and tail wind, which saw her performance greatly enhanced.

Lynda Barclay showed age is only a number, completing all three legs of the long course in an acceptable time, just being edged out by daughter Edwina.

Hannah and Ben Dunmore’s sibling rivalry is still going strong with Hannah taking the honours in the short course.

It was also great to see Adrian Mulham and Ric Bond back on the course and putting in a solid effort.
