The 40-year-old pop megastar and the 42-year-old entrepreneur have secretly welcomed their first child together, with a source telling People that they "beam when they talk about being parents".
The insider added that "Michael seems lighter, happier", and that the couple "both took time off of work this summer to be with [the] baby".
On Friday the New York Post's Page Six shared pictures of Gaga and Michael on a family walk in Northern California, with the Born This Way hitmaker cuddling their bundle of joy in a baby carrier.
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, has previously spoken of her desire to become a mother many times.
"I would like to do many things. All of these things are open. But what I really want is to be a mom. That's my next starring role, I hope," she said in 2025 during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
"I will say I am very excited to have kids. I look forward to being a mom. Isn't it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it. Then it comes out, and it's our job to keep it alive," she told InStyle in 2020.
The 16-time Grammy winner told Elle.com: "Family - it's like the roots of the tree. They grow long, and sometimes they're mangled, and sometimes they're full of water, and sometimes they're thirsty.
"I would want my children to understand that whatever my artistry means to them is totally up to them. I would never actually want to shape it or tell them how to think about me.
"My kid might one day say, 'Mom, why do you do these things? I saw a funny video of you dressed up.' Most certainly that will happen. And you know, maybe it's okay to say, 'What do you think?'"
Gaga and Polansky were first linked in 2020 when they were photographed kissing at a New Year's Eve bash in Las Vegas.
They made their relationship Instagram official after being spotted together at the 2020 Super Bowl in Miami.
The pair quarantined together during the COVID-19 pandemic and Gaga revealed they were engaged when she introduced him as her "fiance" to the then-French prime minister Gabriel Attal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
