The completion of the Mooroopna Station upgrade was celebrated on Saturday, September 3 with a free community event.

The station platform was extended to accommodate modern VLocity trains, and the car park was improved with lighting and CCTV.
VLocity trains are set to begin travelling to and from Shepparton later this year.
