‘‘Things are progressing well, with the site now being transformed into a prime river view frontage subdivision, located close to McLean Beach, the hospital, medical centre, CBD, pubs and restaurants,’’ he said.

‘‘Planning is well on its way and the blocks should be available about September or later in the spring with a number of options.’’
