Farm World is held annually at Lardner Park, with machinery and equipment exhibited across a 40-hectare site, just outside Warragul, in Gippsland, Victoria, among prime dairy country.

This year, in response to input from equipment and machinery exhibitors, Farm World was held from Thursday, March 27 to Saturday, March 29.

This year marks 50 years of the steer carcase trial held at Lardner Park. The steer trial is supported by Gallagher Australia, with the company providing a crush, drafter and weigh bars system. Owen Dunlop, Armour Group, and Mark Webster, Poowong North, and the Vigolo TST 200-250 high body mulcher. Owen said this heavy duty equipment is used to clear heavy reed beds and scrub country. Mark said he used it last year to clear 16 ha of wasted ground, and has since sowed that country to pasture and increased production on his farm. Mark bought the unit at Farm World last year.
