The Greg Graham Memorial Scholarship (GGMS), valued at $10,000, and the $3000 Peter Connor Book Award (PCBA) have supported agriculture students since their introduction in 2001.
They were created with a vision that extends far beyond financial assistance - they represent an investment in the future of Australian agriculture.
Each provides opportunities for education, innovation, and growth within the industry and reflect the beliefs of their namesakes that knowledge and passion are the cornerstones of progress.
Applicants must be the child, grandchild or nominated employee of a current financial member of the RGA, an A-Class shareholder, or an Australian rice grower who has grown rice at least once in the last three years.
Candidates must be in at least their second year of study at an Australian tertiary institution and demonstrate commitment to the rice industry.
Applications close on Friday, January 30.
