With students settling into their first week back, both Edward Public School and Deniliquin North Public School have jumped straight into the new year with plenty of enthusiasm.

Deniliquin North students were treated to complimentary first week photos thanks to Highlight Creative, capturing the excitement of returning to the classroom.

Over at Edward Public, the spotlight was on the newest members of the school community, with a special photo shoot featuring their fresh batch of Kindergarten students.

A bright start all round as local schools kick off 2026.
