The Napier St business was closed on December 30, and on January 3 a sliding door was found opened.
Police said a padlock that was secured to the door was missing, and that cash had been taken from the cash register inside.

Double drugs charge
A 36 year-old Deniliquin woman is expected to appear in court on two separate charges of alleged drug possession after a traffic stop on Thursday.
The woman was the passenger in a taxi stopped for a roadside breath test in Sloane St west about 3pm.
Police said they had information relating to the woman which prompted them to conduct a search, during which they allegedly found a quantity of cannabis leaf in her handbag and a small about of crystallised material in her wallet. Police allege the crystals are methamphetamines.
Cannabis seized
A 31 year-old Hay woman is to appear in Deniliquin Court on February 5 on charges of alleged possession of cannabis.
Police said they found the woman in possession of a quantity of the drug in the car park of the Hardinge St shopping complex.
She reportedly volunteered the material, which was in her handbag, after speaking with police.
Police said they were conducting a foot patrol of the area about 9.35pm on December 30 when they allegedly smelled cannabis when a woman was walking past.
She then allegedly admitted to possessing cannabis.
