After last year’s success, the ‘Quilts Over The Pews’ exhibition will return this weekend.

The work of 42 members of the Deniliquilters & Friends Group will be on display on Saturday and Sunday.
The exhibition name refers to the unique location for the showcase - at St Paul’s Anglican Church.
Opening times on both days are 10am to 4pm, with admission by gold coin donation.
Devonshire tea will also be available.
Those who visit on the Saturday have the added bonus of the Anglican Church op shop being open, in the hall at the back of the church.
Deniliquilters member Di Stubbings said all money raised will be donated to the church, and is a chance for group members to do “something beautiful for the community”.
“Last year’s exhibition was very well received” Mrs Stubbings said.
“We’ll again show quilts over the pews, and with some hanging at the sides.
“They’ll be different quilts to last year. They’re all quilts that we’ve made on our own, no ring-ins.
“The Devonshire tea will be provided by the ladies of the church, and to have the op shop available on the Saturday is lovely.
“Hopefully, members of the community can come for a wander and have a look.”
