Federation Park was heaving with crowds gathered for the Cobram Lions Twilight Market on Friday, December 16.

With more than 90 stallholders in attendance, there was something for everyone and the chance to buy a special gift for a loved one was something attendees relished.

Santa Claus and his helpers delighted kids with their presence as he listened to the kids and asked them if they had been good.
Multiple food vans ensured that attendees were well fed with a variety of food. Such was their popularity that some of the food vans sold out.
Several attendees left with more than they bargained for, lucky winners of the Cobram Lions raffle.
Cobram Lions secretary Janet Austin has described the turnout to the relaxed family friendly event as wonderful.
“The crowd who came along to enjoy the market were amazing. Everyone who attended was happy and smiling,” Mrs Austin said.

Mrs Austin also thanked the businesses and individuals who made the event possible, describing their support as overwhelming.
Mrs Austin hoped that 2023 would be an equally successful year.

In other Cobram Lions news, on Tuesday, December 13, Tina Cosby and Shaun Davies were inducted into the Cobram Lions Club during the Christmas dinner.
They were sworn in by V6 district governor Neil Stuart.
