Disqualified driver tested
A 32 year-old man is to appear in court on charges of driving while disqualified, after being stopped for random testing in Deniliquin.
Police subjected the driver to alcohol and drug testing, and allege the oral fluid sample for drug detection was positive.
Detective Chief Inspector Jy Brown said any further charges will be dependent on the results of further testing of the oral fluid.
