Each year, most Victorian councils participate in the local government Victoria Community Satisfaction Survey, which is managed by independent research company Klein Research.
Running until Friday, April 3, randomly selected residents and ratepayers will receive a phone call inviting them to take part and share their views on Moira Shire Council’s services and facilities.
The survey is anonymous, and participation is voluntary.
Council chair administrator Graeme Emonson said the survey included a range of questions designed to understand community perceptions of council’s performance in delivering important services, with the ability to also compare how this stacked up with other councils across the state.
“This annual survey helps us understand community views on council’s performance, customer service, community engagement and future priorities,” Dr Emonson said.
“Your feedback is valuable and helps guide decisions and improve services across the shire.
“If you’re contacted, we encourage you to take part — it only takes a few minutes but makes a big difference.”
