When my wife and I started dating, the Shepp Show was our first date, the Ferris Wheel was the biggest memory we have, as it was something she never thought she would get onto.
My wife also won a stuffed Mew Toy for me as a surprise, ironically, we also got one down in Geelong during our honeymoon, we have our first daughter now so we are looking forward to taking her on the Ferris Wheel when she’s old enough to go on it.
I remember the Friday holiday from school, when we would go and watch the grand parade. It went from Wyndham St to the showgrounds, with schools, shops, floats, marching girls and the Shepparton Pipe Band. It was the best time for young ones.
