Deni and Echuca table tennis teams face off

Despite Deni missing two of their top players due to illness, the matches remained tightly contested.

While not officially scored, Echuca ultimately claimed victory in all three grades.

But Deniliquin Table Tennis Club founder Judy James said the real win was the camaraderie shared between the clubs.

Following the games, players enjoyed a barbecue lunch.

Both clubs are already looking forward to a rematch in Echuca next year, with hopes of another enjoyable and closely fought encounter.
