Held the Sunday before Anzac Day, on April 23, the Deniliquin Golf Club and Deniliquin RSL Sub-branch event will include the ANZAC challenge.
A four person ambrose with a noon shotgun start, teams are asked to nominate whether they will be competing as Australians, New Zealanders or another country of choice.
The winning team will receive Blackhawk Italian decanters, while the runners-up will be presented with Army bottle coolers.
There will also be a raffle, with tickets sold on the day.
Entry is $30 per player, and a barbecue and drinks cart will be available.
To complement the day, the Deniliquin Golf Club will host a military memorabilia display, and ANZAC Appeal items will be on sale.

The golf day will be followed by commemorative events on both April 24 and 25 in Deniliquin.
The Sub-branch will host its traditional Anzac Eve dinner at the Deniliquin RSL Club on the Monday evening.
And on Anzac Day itself, there will be four commemorative services, the traditional Gunfire Breakfast and a luncheon following the mid-morning service.
The timetable is as follows:
5.45am - Participants in the Deniliquin dawn service march are asked to assemble outside Deniliquin Newsagency to march to the cenotaph, for the 6am service.
6.30am - Gunfire Breakfast at the Deniliquin RSL Club. $5 per person.
8am - Service at the Deniliquin War Cemetery. A bus will depart the RSL at 7.45am.
9am - Wanganella Anzac Day service at the Wanganella Hall.
10.30am - Participants in the Deniliquin mid-moning service are asked to assemble at Deniliquin Town Hall for a 10.45am march off to the Deniliquin cenotaph.
11am - Deniliquin Anzac Day service. Followed by a luncheon in the Deniliquin RSL Club’s Dunlop Room (upstairs). The cost for the buffet lunch is $10.
Following the lunch, veterans are encouraged to attend the Deniliquin Anzac Day Races. Those wearing their medals will receive free entry and entry to the hospitality tent.
In the lead up to Anzac Day, sub-branch members will be in the community raising money for the ANZAC Appeal.
With only one EFTPOS machine available, people are encouraged to use cash.

Thursday, April 20 - Hardinge St Shopping Complex, 10am-2pm.
Friday, April 22 - Richies IGA, 10am-2pm; Deniliquin RSL Club, 5.30pm -7pm.
Sub-branch members will also visit businesses in the Deniliquin CBD.
