Incorporating civil infrastructure and service connections, stage one will also include the construction of the first six homes and associated landscaping.
Two Deniliquin companies have been appointed to complete the work.
Deni Civil & Construction will prepare the site, while B Green Constructions has been contracted to build the first homes.
Work started in September this year, and those interested are invited to an information session on the progress to date.
Hosted by Edward River Council, the project overview meeting will be held Wednesday, November 30, at the RSL Mountbatten Room from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Three two-bedroom home designs are available for the first six homes, with another four designs to be made available in future stages.
Stage five - which will be the completion of the 32-home village - is planned for 2028/29. This could be brought forward based on demand.
Home designs available as part of the project are expected to be on display
