Halloween fun was injected into academic agenda at Deniliquin High School on Monday.
While not all students chose to participate in the dress up part of the day, those who did impressed with outfits inspired by mythical creatures or characters from movies, TV or literature - especially the horror flicks.
Prizes were awarded following the costume parade.
Regardless of what they were wearing, students were invited to participate in fun games, which included a humorous donut eating competition.
Some of the students kept the fun going after the final bell of the day, volunteering to assist the Deniliquin Mental Health Awareness Group with its ‘Mental health; It’s not as scary and you think’ family fun event in the CBD.
