President of the golf section, Chris Kelly, was delighted to award Clive Fossey with life membership.
Clive has worked tirelessly for the club in maintaining the golf course, quietly mowing lawns, whipper snipping and general clean ups.
His volunteer work has been very much appreciated by everyone.

This Friday night is the Berrigan and District Development Association’s Christmas Market Night.
This is always a great night with lots of entertainment for the whole family.
Chanter St will be closed from 5pm with entertainment starting at 5.30pm. It includes music from Ray Macartney and carol singers.
There will be a special visit from Santa, market stalls, food stalls, show bags, spinning wheel and raffles.
As extra entertainment for the children there will be a jumping castle and face painting.
Bring your own chair to sit down and enjoy Christmas carols performed throughout the night by Kath, Ben, Louise, Chloe, Nick, Annie, Ray and Wayne.

While enjoying Market Night, make sure to drop into the Red Cross Extravaganza Boutique and Designer sale in the Men's Shed.
The sale will open at 5pm to 9pm on Friday night, with proceeds going to ARC Emergency Services.
The sale will reopen Saturday from 9am to noon. Proceeds from this sale will be donated to Amaroo Aged Care.

The Berrigan Lights Up Christmas competition is on again this year.
Judging night will be Wednesday, December 14 and this year the theme is ‘Celebrate an Australian Summer Christmas’.
There will be prizes for Best Lights House, Best Decorated House and Best Business Christmas display.
Winners will be announced at the Dawmac Community Breakfast, which will be held Saturday, December 17 from 7.30am.

Friday Twilight Bowls has started.
Come along and enjoy a social night. There is to be three people per team, with only one registered bowler allowed per team.
Bowls and coaching is available on the night.
Cost is $10 per person, which includes a sausage sizzle plus prizes every week.
