President Russell Douglas said Crossley had made a significant contribution to the club over many years.
‘‘Ken has been with this club for such a long time, probably as long as Peter Joss (former secretary),’’ he said.
Douglas said successful race meetings were held on Anzac Day and Caulfield Cup day.
He acknowledged ‘‘a massive input by all committee members and others’’.
The many sponsors were thanked for their continued support.
‘‘Without our sponsors our race meetings would not be possible,’’ the president said.
Catherine Newman and Dimity Strongman were thanked for taking over the Fashions on the Field organising and lifting it to a new level.
Special mention was made of the track maintenance team of Dick McCurry, Peter Joss and Lindsay Holden, also Jamie Tasker, Greg Thorley, Peter Simpson, Peter Rae and Joan Douglas.
The club is aiming to increase the number of members from 170 to 200.
The $40 fee is payable by February 28.

The fees will be directed to improving the female jockeys’ room and club rooms.

Jerilderie sprinter Mr Brown Fox followed up an Albury win last month with success at Echuca on Monday.
Mr Brown Fox ($3 fav) ridden by Tyler Schiller led narrowly before breaking away in the straight to win the Rating 58 (1000m) by 2 3/4 lengths.
Celeritate Ragem was second and Hello There filled third place for Gunbower trainer John Pearson.
