And we will be hoping for great weather because the entire presentation will be outdoors.
The main show will be supported by popular Echuca group, Stumbling North.
Together they’ll “bring the house down” - even if they are outside.

The Mathoura RSL Sub-branch invites locals and visitors to attend its Remembrance Day Service on Tuesday.
The 10.45am service will be held in the Soldiers Memorial Gardens, on the corner of Lawrence and Livingstone St.
As is tradition, Mathoura Public School students will conduct the service.
It will be followed by morning tea – all welcome.

The Melbourne Cup weekend saw another successful Speed Shear competition conducted in town.
The event has a three fold purpose - it not only enables visitors to witness skills they will never see in the city, but gives the shearers an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and compete for prizes.
It also raises funds to assist locals who suffer from cancer.
The Trans Tasman Shield went to the Kiwis, and Jimmy Samuels registered the fastest time at 24.38.
Intermediate winner was Darby E (full name not provided), seniors winner was Kane Hall and open went to Jack Robson.
Organisers, the Bra Fence group, are grateful to its sponsors and volunteers for their help on the day and their continued support of its bid to lessen the effects of those struck by cancer.

Bowls is on the go again and the local team put on a great show against Echuca on Saturday.
It was just a pity that after leading all day they were pipped at the post.
They will be hoping for a better run this weekend.

It is not very often that teachers are the centre of attention at school.
That is unless it is World Teachers’ Day.
Last Friday saw local students take time out to recognise and honour the incredible dedication of their teaches who inspire, nurture and support every student helping to shape a bright future for the whole community.
The teachers were showered with hats to acknowledge their contribution to the school.

After many years as your columnist, I have decided it’s time to pass the torch.
I intend to retire from writing the ‘Mathoura Diary’ column at the end of this year.
I would love for someone to take over from me, to ensure local news is provided to the Deniliquin Pastoral Times each week.
If you’d like to know more about what this entails, or would like to volunteer for the job, please contact me, or Pastoral Times content manager Zoe McMaugh at zoe.mcmaugh@denipt.com.au.
