Mathoura Public School held its annual presentation event on Wednesday, December 17.

The event recognised students’ efforts throughout the school year, with each child receiving a certificate for successfully completing their current year of education.
A few students gained extra accolades for excelling in specific areas, such as the arts.
Representatives from each class also received a citizenship award and a $150 bank voucher sponsored by the Bendigo Bank.
It was also a big night for the 2025 school captains, Bindi Taylor and Sophie Eddy.
As well as being named joint Dux, Bindi took home a citizenship award, while Sophie was named the school's 2025 Sportsperson of the Year.
