It only seems a minute since they knocked on the door of the Mathoura Preschool, but a group of youngsters will soon be getting an introduction to school.
The six week program gets underway today and will continue through until late November.

You will also be able to buy tickets in a Monster Raffle with more than $1100 in prizes.

The current television series about the flying doctor service shows just how smart our forefathers (and foremothers) were in the old days.
Despite the fact that aircraft were pretty much in their infancy, and staff would have needed to know as much about handling aircraft as providing top quality medical assistance to patients who lived in the outback, the service continues to be a valuable one today.
It just goes to show how we Aussies work hard to provide great service to people in all areas of the country.
