Organiser Anna Suckling said outside of the critical fundraising, the day was about “raising awareness for the Do It For Dolly Day and the importance of kindness”.
The theme of kindness for the Do It For Dolly Day had been incorporated throughout the week.
“The kids have been learning about and doing activities about kindness in class throughout the week,” Mrs Suckling said.
The blue-themed fete included a cake sale, biscuit decorating, a lollies stall, guess the lollies in the jar, scrunchies, hair ties and friendship bracelets.
The Do It For Dolly photo booth and face painting were extremely popular, and were free for all students.
The students had a lot of fun, with students and teachers putting their lessons of kindness into practice at the fete.
