In one, a woman’s thumb was allegedly bitten by a rider intruding on their camp of Racecourse Rd, Deniliquin.
In another, two men were allegedly involved in a physical skirmish at the Deniliquin Off Leash Dog Park.
Police were called to the rodeo arena about 3am Sunday, where a group of campers reported an injury to a female in the group.
They told police an ‘unknown man’ rode through their camp on horseback.
One of the female campers put her hand up to try and stop the rider, who allegedly bit her thumb hard enough to draw blood.
First aid was administered by the campers, with further treatment refused.
The group has not provided any further help to police, and anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to come forward.
Police were called to the Deniliquin Off Leash Dog Park at Edward River Oval at 9am Sunday after two men, aged 59 and 55, were seen fighting on the ground.
It is believed it started as a verbal argument regarding some dogs being off leash outside the fenced area.
The 55 year-old man was taken to Deniliquin Hospital for treatment, and police are continuing their investigations.
