The name refers to the unique location for the showcase - at St Paul’s Anglican Church.
The two-day exhibition will be held Saturday and Sunday, so perhaps a great Mother’s Day weekend opportunity.
Opening times on both days are 10am to 4pm, with admission only a gold coin donation.
Devonshire tea will also be available.
Those who visit on the Saturday have the added bonus of the Anglican Church op shop being open, in the hall at the back of the church.
Deniliquilters member Di Stubbings said all money raised will be donated to the church.
She said the partnership is simply a chance to provide something of interest for the community, and to raise the profile of the quilting group.
“We’ll show as many quilts as we can fit in the church, over pews and with some hanging at the sides,” Mrs Stubbings said.
“We hope to have between 80 and 100.
“They are all quilts that we’ve made, out of our collections.
“We just want to get our quilts out there.
“The Devonshire Tea will be provided by the ladies of the church, and to have the op shop available on the Saturday is a bonus.”
This is the Deniliquilters’ first exhibition since before the COVID-19 pandemic, and another is coming up later in the month as a Deniliquin CanAssist fundraiser.
The Deniliquilters meet in the Muti Arts Hall every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm. New members are always welcome.
