Businesses are being encouraged to take part in the May 2026 Business NSW Business Conditions Survey, with industry leaders stressing its importance in shaping policy and economic decision-making.
The survey provides a critical platform for companies of all sizes to share insights on trading conditions, workforce challenges, and cost pressures.
The data collected plays a direct role in influencing government policy, advocacy efforts, and support programs.
“Across NSW, rising costs, supply chain disruptions and global uncertainty are putting increasing pressure on businesses like yours,” Business NSW explained.
“We need to hear from you. Our Business Conditions Survey captures what businesses are facing right now - whether you’re dealing with challenges or performing strongly.
“The more businesses that respond, the stronger and louder our voice when we push for the support you need.
“Business NSW will use your response to advocate on your behalf and strive to unlock whatever assistance can be made available to your business.”
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and is available at https://ow.ly/Skpe50YUlr5.
