Shed goes up in flames

A CFA spokesperson said when firefighters arrived, the 10m by 8m shed was fully involved in fire, and a spot fire had spread to nearby grass.

Firefighters had the fire under control by 11.09am and it was declared safe at 11.40am, the spokesperson said.

Some firefighters then remained to black out and mop up after the fire.

At the fire’s height, seven CFA appliances and one Fire Rescue Victoria appliance were on the scene to tackle the blaze.
