Thank you for the opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported the Speak Up Campaign over the past decade.
Whether your support has come through membership, attending a rally or event, or sharing our social media content, your engagement has encouraged me and fuelled my passion to help elevate your rural voice.
Since co-founding Speak Up, I have had the chance to work alongside and collaborate with extraordinary people across the Southern Connected System and to make lifelong friends.
Without your support, these opportunities would not have occurred and I want to thank you all for your confidence in my leadership.
There is one person who works tirelessly in the background and rarely receives public recognition for his passionate advocacy on behalf of the rural communities of southern NSW and northern Victoria.
If you bump into Garry Baker down the street, please stop and thank him for his unwavering commitment to our communities.
