A man has been charged with trespass after allegedly entering a vacant house in Charlotte St, Deniliquin.
Police allege a 42 year-old man entered the house about 7am on Monday. Police were contacted and the man was located in Cressy St, Deniliquin a short time later.
The man was arrested and taken to the Deniliquin Police Station where he was charged with enter enclosed lands (trespass), and breaching his bail. The man was refused bail and appeared in court where he was granted bail and is expected to next appear at the Deniliquin Local Court on April 2.

A teenager has been charged with knife and traffic offences after being stopped in Victoria St, Deniliquin about 11pm on Tuesday.
Police spoke with the man and his vehicle was searched, with police allegedly locating a ‘butterfly knife’, being a prohibited weapon.
The man was issued a penalty notice for not display P plates, Criminal Infringement Notices (CIN) for the offence of possess knife in public place (x 2) and a Court Attendance Notice in relation to possession of a prohibited weapon. He is expected to appear at Deniliquin Local Court on May 14.
