Rams rule against rival

The Deni Rams Under 15s netballers have once again scored a victory in a practice match against rivals Finley at Finley Apex Sports & Community Centre on Saturday.

At the first whistle it was Finley who came out hungry to the ball at the first centre pass.

The strong defensive display at both ends of the court in the first quarter created many opportunities and multiple intercepts for both teams, in what was a fantastic battle.

Finley’s team boasted some 2019 Under 13s premiership players and Deni had some U15s 2019 premiership players, setting the stage for an intense game.

Once they gained their composure, it was the Rams who were able to have their nose in front and edge their way further in front at each break.

The Rams led by four goals at quarter time, eight goals at half time and 12 goals at three quarter time before finishing 20 goals up at the final whistle.

Final score, Deni Rams 47 to Finley 27.
