In round seven on Saturday there were some very high scoring matches, which hasn’t been seen so far this season. Even though there were some large goal differences, it was good to see the players take it in their stride and continue to show good sportsmanship.
Results:
A grade: There were two multiple goal scorers in the Victory vs Heart match, in Kaan Ozmen and Ben Baker. However, a hattrick to Kaan secured Victory the win.
Goal keeping by United was not enough to give them the win over Mariners. There were some on-field acrobatics by Ella Hensley.

B grade: The matches were closer in B grade. Roar got away to an early two-nil lead over Heart only to have the scored levelled at half time. Roar were too good in the end though, securing the win.
Great sportsmanship was shown by Reece King, volunteering to assist Victory which had players away.
Glory continue their undefeated run. Some more brilliant goal keeping in B grade this time by Will McNeil.

C grade: Amazing goal kicking ability by Ahmed Labib saw a large score in Victory vs Glory, but there were closer matches in the other two games.
