The club has officially announced four new signings to strengthen the football side, with Harry Way, David Smith, Darcy Cullenward and Harley Constable all confirmed for 2026.
Way can play as a ruckman or key position player for the Redeyes.
He already has a history in the Picola & District League with the Deni Rovers, and was also a junior with the Deniliquin Rams in the Murray Football Netball League.
Smith is making his return to his youth club as a midfield forward.
He played much of his junior football at Blighty before transitioning to the Murray League and playing for Rumbalara, and then booting up for Murchison Toolamba in the Kyabram and District League.
Cullenward comes to Blighty after spending the last four season with the Deni Rams in the Murray League.
He is a versatile defender who cut his teeth on junior footy with Hay in the Golden Rivers League.
Constable is an experienced campaigner and utility who has played for Shepparton East and Yarroweyah in the Picola League, the Shepparton Swans in the Goulburn Valley League and most recently Merrigum in the Kyabram and District League.
The new recruits boost a team that is starting to come together, with a number of 2025 Redeyes players recommitting.
This includes Mason Coote, Jack Charlton, Ari Glover, Isaac Brown and Rusty Milward.
Playing coach Dane Leyden has also re-signed to consolidate the senior football playing core ahead of the season.
