As reported in the January 1 edition of the Deniliquin Pastoral Times, Mr Bradley was invited to last week’s Ashes Test at the SGC to be presented with a Community Distinguished Service Award by Cricket NSW.
Anyone with more than 25 years of service can be considered for the award.
One of several honoured in Sydney last week, Mr Bradley’s award recognises his contribution to local and regional cricket administration and junior development within the Southern Riverina.

The ceremony was held on day four of the test, on Wednesday, with several Cricket NSW executives in attendance.
The Bradleys made a family trip of it, attending both day three and four of the pink test.
He and son Anthony also managed to catch up with former Deni junior, international cricketer and commentator Adam Gilchrist.
In presenting the awards, Cricket NSW said they are “blessed to have quality people who give so much time and expertise to provide opportunities for people to play and love cricket”.

“For many, the sport becomes ingrained as part of their lifestyle, a commitment spanning many years and across many aspects of the game, on the field and off the field,” the organisation continued.
The Community Distinguished Service Award was launched last season, with 43 recipients during the year.
More of the awards are to be presented throughout this season, including at the March 15 NSW versus WA Sheffield Shield fixture in Sydney.
