Deniliquin Bowling Club’s Division Five side bowed out of the Campaspe Valley Bowls Division finals on Saturday.
The Deni team were unable to overcome Echuca at the Moama Bowling Club, going down 44 shots to 38.
The loss brought an end to the club’s year, with no Deni sides featuring in this year’s grand final games.

It was a much more successful day for the Mathoura Bowling Club with two out of three teams qualifying for the grand final.
Mathoura’s Division Two side overcame minor premier Moama in a 76 to 51 shot victory.
They will now face Echuca in the decider at Rochester this Saturday.
Division Three were dominant in their game against Rich River, smashing their way to a 80 to 56 win.
They will come up against minor premier Moama at Rochester on Saturday.
Unfortunately the Division Four Mathoura side were no match for Rich River, with their season coming to an end in a 90 to 61 loss.
