The women played a stroke round on Wednesday and the winner was Dale Stuart with a great score of 85-15=70.

The extra competition was the third shot on the eighth and that went to Di Byrne.
The ball pool included Stuart and Glenda Woods with 71 nett.
It was a stableford round for the men and the winner was Gary Neville (21), who scored 34 points.
The runner-up was John Boruch (12), who scored 33 points on a countback from Mark Fountain and Ian Richardson.
Only two of the nearest-the-pins were claimed, the sixth by Fountain and the 17th by Luke Rogan.
The ball pool went to 33 points and included Neville, Boruch, Fountain and Richardson.
The mixed nine-hole winner was Bill Brock (15), who scored 15 points on a countback from Stubby Byrne.
Good Friday was the start of the Tahbilk Easter Tournament, and the first event was a two-person Ambrose of any combination.
The winners of the women’s/mixed Ambrose were Stuart and Shirley Wright, who had a good score of 80-8.75=71.25.
The best net score of the day went to Fountain and Russell Peel with 71-6.75=64.25 to win the men’s Ambrose.
The top scratch score of the day was 69, and two pairs achieved this. However, the team of Matt O’Sullivan and Matt Collard took the honours on a countback from Peter Nelson and Gary Murphy.
The next best net scores in the field were also given prizes and they were Mick Prorok and Zac Purdon with 73-7.25=65.75 and Nelson and Murphy with 69-3.25=65.75.
The nearest-the-pins for the men were Murchison’s Phil Deane on the fourth, Justin Wemyss on the sixth, Collard on the 12th and O’Sullivan on the 17th.
For the women, there was no-one on the fourth, the sixth and the second on the 12th were won by Stuart and the 17th went to Wright.
Saturday was a four-ball better ball stableford event for men’s and women’s pairs.
The best score of the day was in the women’s pairs, with Cindy Burnett and Connie Grace scoring a fantastic 48 points.
The runners-up for the women were Byrne and Paula Britton, with 42 points.
The winners for the men were Darren Cook and Mooroopna visitor Geordie Thomas, who scored a terrific 45 points.
The next best for the men was Boruch and Graham Kiper, who scored 38 points on a countback from O’Sullivan and Fountain.
The nearest-the-pin on the fourth for the men was Thomas, on the sixth it was Darren Cook, on the 12th it was Mick Prorok, while the 17th stayed with the club.
The fourth hole was unclaimed again for the women. Burnett was closest on the sixth, the second on the 12th was won by Sophie Banon from Kilmore and on the 17th it was Connie Grace.
Unfortunately, the 27-hole Easter Cup, which is normally held on Easter Monday, did not take place. However, it was great to see some visitors and members enjoying the two events on Friday and Saturday.
