Junior super coach Jack McGrillen is this week playing as the number one seed for the Riverina team in the NSW Combined High Schools Sports Association tennis championship in Wollongong.
It is an outstanding achievement for a Year 9 student to be ranked number one seed in the Riverina.

Last week Charlie Eastman, Oli Hall, Jasper Dellwo, Jackson Catt, Charlotte King and Amelia Webber represented their schools at the Primary Schools tennis pre-selection trials in Hay.
Charlie and Charlotte successfully made it through to the Riverina Final Selection Trial held in Griffith this week. Charlie made it through to the final round of eight at Griffith, however just missed out on the five selected for the Riverina team.
In round two of the Deniliquin junior tennis competition section one, Holahan Family (5 sets/47 games) def Uncle Mavis (5 sets/36 games). Three set winners: Hugo McGrillen and Willy Eastman.
This was a close games with both teams winning five sets and the result coming down to games.
Match of the day saw a sensational singles battle between Charlie Eastman and Lenny Hanns, Lenny eventually coming out on top in an epic 10-8 tie break.
East Loddon (6 sets/42 games) def JZ Contracting (4 sets/33 games). Three set winner: George Pisasale.
There were close doubles matches between Edward Bliss and Jackson Catt defeating Oliver Hall and Cooper Farley in a tie break 7-3, and in-form pair George Pisasale and Charlotte King def Angus Dellwo and Poppy Armytage in another tie break 7-5.
