“He has won North East zone School persons championships last year and has won many overall titles and overall high guns in the last 18 months.
“He has been a member of the Bendigo Academy of Sport for two years.
“To make it to the championships he attended the NSW State titles on Friday, March 25 which was a selection for the NSW Teams for the Australian Championships the following week.
“Normally they are held in October prior to the nationals but with Covid it got postponed.
“He has been shooting around Australia in the last few months. In January this year he attended the Tasmanian State DTL titles where he won the Tasmanian Junior Double Barrel and Points score as well as the Junior Overall High gun for the four days.
