What’s the biggest focus for the group in 2026?
Obviously the goal is to go a bit deeper into finals, but it's more helping this big crew of young guys that we have, helping them improve with their footy.
What will supporters notice about this team?
I think just the fact that we continue to have lots of locals, low player turnover, and a strong connection between the club itself and the wider community.
What’s your side’s biggest strength?
Versatility - we're looking to be able to win multiple ways and have guys play multiple positions.
What still needs the most work?
We ran into some depth issues; we had some injuries (last year) and probably didn't have a deeper list to be able to mix it when those injuries do come along.
What does success look like for this group in 2026?
I think results will speak for themselves, but you can’t always control that. I think we'll probably judge our pass mark on a few more cultural things.
