A mixed netball team from Edward Public School has defied the odds reaching a level never attained at the school previously.

They recently won the Riverina Regional semi final which they had also never reached before, putting them in the fast lane to the grand final.
On Thursday, the netball team travelled to Wagga Wagga to play in the Riverina Regional final.
All students played a fantastic game and showed great sportsmanship.
Unfortunately Edward School was defeated by Lake Albert PS.
“Congratulations to Lake Albert for winning the Riverina Knockout competition,” the school said.
“We wish them all the best in their next game.
