Monday, October 27 will be the NSW Seniors Open Pre-qualifier, with the Pro-Am on Tuesday, October 28.
The Pro-Am will see three amateurs in a three-person ambrose, with a professional golfer playing stroke.

Last Thursday the ladies played a stableford multiplier, won by Pauline Davis and Carol Hardman with 63 points, from runners-up Jane Glowrey and Jenny Swainger 58.
Saturday was single stableford with three grades. A-grade winner was Neville Werner 36 points from runner-up Ross Pogonoski 35, B-grade Geoff McCallum 37 on countback to Graeme Rothwell and C-grade saw the best score of the day with Stephen Townsend having an impressive 43 points from runner-up Fiona Milward 39.
Wednesday’s stableford was also three grades. A-grade winner was Geoff Corboy 40 points from runner-up Leigh Chappell 37, B-grade David Maraldo 38 on countback to in-form Geoff McCallum and C-grade Wendy Pearce 38 from runner-up Jeff ‘Dickie’ Grant 36.
Eleven of our lady golfers travelled to Wagga for three days of competition in the Riverina Open Amateur Championships on August 31 to September 2, held at the Wagga Wagga Country Club. Ten trophies were contested in both single and team events in four divisions, with more than 130 players from the Riverina area.
On day one, Karen Butcher was Division 4 winner with 40 points, which also enabled her to win the Howlong Trophy with the best 18 hole stableford score over the three days. On day three, Felicity McCalman won scratch and handicap in Division 2 with a great score of net 71. Division 1 scratch and handicap winner was Kerran Leetham with an excellent net 66.
Kerran also came home with the following trophies in Division 1: Vedas Ebert Trophy for the best 18 holes scratch; 36 hole scratch veteran for days two and three; 54 hole handicap Open Championship; Bank of NSW Salver for 54 hole handicap best overall score, Divisions 1 to 3.
Many of the Deni players also featured in ball rundowns, capping off an enjoyable and successful tournament.
It will continue to be a busy time on the course for our lady golfers, who next week host their ‘Double Date’ event with a two-person ambrose on Thursday and the Mary Bradshaw Bowl stableford on Friday.
Other events coming up are stroke tomorrow for the men’s monthly medal, 9 hole stableford on Tuesday, stableford on Wednesday, the aforementioned Double Date, then medley foursomes including men’s championship next Saturday.
Friday Night Fun continues tonight in the clubhouse with happy hour from 6pm, raffle tickets on sale at 6pm with draws from 7pm, and meals also available.
