The first tournament for the rep teams is expected to be held part-way through the Murray season, which gets underway from April 3.
Julia Smith, Lexi Maher, Phoebe Newman and Ava Marshall will represent league teams in 2024.
Julia and Lexi will be part of the under-13s team, while Phoebe and Ava have been chosen for the under-17s.
Two under-15s representative sides will also compete for Murray League this year, under-15s Gold and under-15s Green, but no Deniliquin players have been selected in either team.
The under-13s will be coached by Moama’s Chelsea Wright and other team members are as follows:
Ashlyn Russell (Cobram), Sophie Bell, Lucy McLeod, Bronte Langley, Denny Moon (Echuca United), Amelia Lees, Emma Mackenzie, Abagail Nevin (Moama), Myliah Koopman-Paterson (Numurkah) and Laynara Brown (Rumbalara).
The under-17s side will be coached by Rumbalara’s Jess Bamblett.
Other members of the team are:
Eliza Pearce (Echuca United), Charlotte Flemming, Lilian Baker (Finley), Tiana Knight, Addison Power, Summer Atkinson (Moama) Jaydah Wanganeen, Yulki Bamblett (Rumbalara) Kenzie Johnstone and Imogen Carfoot (Tongala).
The under-15s Green are being coached by Tongala’s Alicia White and assistant coach Nathalia’s Steph Gorrie-Smith while the under-15s Gold’s coach is Ashley Cullen from Nathalia.
Under-15s Green team members are as follows:
Emily Collins, Ruby O'Brien (Cobram), Emma Moyle (Echuca United), Evie Clarke, Pippa Leeds, Lucy Smith, Abby McCarty (Moama), Ava Bourke (Nathalia), Zioni Garling-Mathyssen (Rumbalara) Isla White and Lydia Depasquale (Tongala).
Under-15s Gold team members are as follows:
Ella Carter (Cobram), Millie Daniel (Congupna), Evelynn McCartney, Audrey Pearce (Echuca United) Marlee Simpson (Finley) Avah O'Farrell, Lexi Wright (Moama), Wirrkari Wanganeen, Marnie Morgan (Rumbalara), Lexi Chambers, Lucy Seabrook, Tamara Brennan and Ella Hughes (Tongala).
The netballers involved will have a busy schedule ahead, required to train with their local clubs and the representative teams throughout the season.
All four Deni Rams netballers will train with their teams on Sundays March 15, 22, 29 and April 12 at Greater Shepparton Secondary College from 9.30am to 10.30am.
The under-15s teams will train at Tongala Recreation Reserve from 6pm to 7.15pm on Wednesdays March 18, 25 and April 1 and 15.
