Sunday marked the final day of the Deniliquin Bowling Club’s annual Taylor Made Trebles, after three great weeks of bowls, friendly competition and plenty of fun.

The winning team was Bright Horizon, consisting of Shane Laing, Peter Todd and Ian Chessells.
Runners-up were the Taylor’s Made team of Paul Snare, Keith Hay and Jenny Tonta.
Rounding out the podium finish was David Hessel, Lindsay Dalzell and Bill Young at Jack Attacks.
Also getting a nod throughout the tournament was Steve O’Brien, who won the prize for Best Last Game.

The event also proudly supported two wonderful causes, with total of $305 raised for charity.
Of that, $120 will be donated to the Heart Foundation and $185 to Deniliquin Can Assist.
The club thanked everyone who played across the three weeks and helped make Taylor Made Trebles another successful event.

The annual triples tournament was named Taylor Made Trebles in 2025, in honour of two Deniliquin Bowling Club players.
It honours Stuart Treble and Terry Taylor, who both passed within weeks of each other last year.
