In what was a thrilling and tightly contested netball clash, the first three quarters were a game of inches, with the scoreline never stretching far in either direction. Despite the pressure, our attacking line remained composed and controlled, patiently working the ball through to the post and ensuring our shooters were consistently found in strong positions. The connection between our feeders and shooters kept us right in the contest.
Our mid-court defence played a crucial role, stepping up to support the goal circle with well-timed pressure on Moama’s feeds into their goalers. This allowed our defenders to disrupt their attacking rhythm and win back critical balls.
