Symptoms of gastro may include diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, headache, muscle aches and fatigue.

Washing hands frequently is the best defence against spreading gastroenteritis and you should stay hydrated and stay home if you are unwell.
